学院现有教职工72人，教授18人，副教授31人，博士研究生导师15人，硕士生导师50人，四川省学术和技术带头人7人，四川省学术和技术后备人选17人，四川省教学名师1人，留学归国人员19人。80%的专任教师具有博士学位。教师中有46人次任国家和省级学会理事长、副理事长、理事、秘书长和专委会主任及委员。

72 staffs are currently working for the college, including 18 professors, 31associate professors, 15doctoral supervisors, 50 master supervisor, 7 academic and technical leaders of Sichuan province, 17academic and technical backup leaders of Sichuan province, 1 Famous Teacher of Sichuan province and 19 returnees. Meanwhile, 80% of the full-time teachers have doctor degree. Among them, 46 person-time teachers were the chairmen, vice-chairmen, directors, secretary-general and committee members of the national and provincial societies.
